All you will really learn from Enterprise is that Vulcans have perky nipples.

(Really, how did that show go so wrong??? It is the only Trek show I was unable to watch for more than a season. And, man, the only reason I quit Voyager was that I moved somewhere with no cable and no TV reception.)
