I kinda liked Enterprise too (other than the theme song of doom), and didn't care for Voyager at all, so your theory may hold water. I'm pretty sure I ended up seeing every episode, though they weren't all winners. (THE ENDING OMG WHY DID THEY DO THAAAAT!)
