Sovereign - some "offscreen" events in early chapters might push one's boundaries re child sexuality, and (iirc) there is animal harm. And then the book takes a really unexpected left turn and becomes Star Trek pastiche with bisexual sluttery and h/c.
Chicago Red - are there *any* healthy relationships in this book? But again Meluch delivers the crack. This one is about a post-apocalyptic America suffering under a tyrranical king, with a fun mashup of historical references.
The Queen's Squadron - This book is a bit of a mess. Penetanguishene/wossname is so very, very wrong. (I don't want to be right!) &heart;
I love War Birds. It is the least slashy of her books that I've read, but quite charming and funny and a little cracked out. Also, anyone who has a *thing* for WWI and/or WWII will be entertained by the whole ace fighter pilot thing.
