Verizon's system does suck! We have them for internet (*clings to FiOS*) and their website is just really badly designed. Although a few months ago we took advantage of some special to get a lower price, but they could only give us the lower price if we signed up for atuomated credit card billing, so that cuts out having to deal with their website, but I still find it annoying and stupid that I now have to go to another site entirely to pay.
