I'm assuming - although I am pleased I don't know for certain - that she took her panties and hose off in the car, squatted, peed, wiped, and went back to the car to get the hose and panties on again. Although if you have any practice using a squat toilet - I have just a tiny amount - it's actually fairly easy to keep your panties on, and even your pants, while squatting and peeing. It just takes some coordination. (You basically have to keep everything bunched right around your knees, where nothing will get splashed or in the way.)
