I like to pretend that actors are imaginary characters on the long-running TV show "Celebrity Something Something" where everyone happens to resemble a real person on a show I watch.

I really resent actors trying to be real at me, and not only that, inevitably being much less interesting and clever and well dressed than the characters that look like them.
