I was thinking about where I could find a good breakdown, and look what showed up in my RSS reader. If you want to see this stuff in use, the blogs that off the top of my head I think do advanced stat stuff are PITB, Broad Street Hockey, Artic Ice Hockey, and Copper and Blue. They're all general team blogs, though, so you'll have to scroll through news and game recaps and so on if you're only looking for stats.
