I am entirely willing - eager, even! - to enact useful change at the federal level. This may even be the time we can do that, with a second-term Democrat in office and a lot of conflict in the Republican sector of Congress. But I have no idea how to do that, or if it's politically feasible. Change usually happens inconsistently in this country, with some states leading the way and some states digging in their heels. I don't know how to change that. I wish I did.
