MTE! This reads like the first chapter of a truly excellent book about a heroine for the ages. It makes me wish I had a) the rest of the book, and b) a daughter to share it with.

I thought I was educationally abused, but my "let's skip a 6-year old past first and second grade and throw her in third grade" experience pales by comparison.
