Unfortunately, I was too young to know to get the name of the test. I've tried unsuccessfully over the years to find it, but by the time I started looking, I assume they'd figured out it was a terrible reading assessment. (Even in fourth grade, I knew that a test that required you to be able to pronounce the words you read wasn't an accurate test of your reading level.)
