I'm sorry. I should've explained the Canadian Subclause, which clearly states:

If the party of the first part shall be shown to be a resident of Canada or affiliated properties, both parties shall be excused from emigration as a means of intramarital dispute resolution. Instead, if it be winter, the party of the first part shall make arrangements for immediate travel to warm and sandy climes. And if it be summer, both parties shall repair to a woodland tarn to engage in clothing-optional water-based bathing, cavorting, or other activity agreed upon by all parties present.


Also, I regret to have to inform you that, no, not everyone likes moose. But those people are demonstrably wrong and possibly crazy. Truly. Wingnuts and alcesphobes, the lot of them.
