Slash is in no way required! Het is perfectly fine, particularly if it involves Cordelia in Angel's body, which is an insanely terrifying concept. I would also, weird and unfannish as this sounds, very much welcome gen bodyswap; I don't think I've ever read any, and surely there's a wealth of possibility there.
