I mean, maybe he could have had some excuse if he was in Vice, like that he was, uh, undercover in a really, really dodgy gay bar or something, but in MC? That was his daily work wear.

What is possibly even more hysterical than that outfit is that he successfully hits on, and then has sex with a woman whilst dressed like that.
