Have you ever read the Pros/Dangermouse crossover series by Debra Hicks? Tongue-in-cheek, but an affection for both Pros and Dangermouse shines through. Though Best Beloved will be disappointed, as Dangermouse & Penfold aren't a couple, but their partnership is warmly described.
