I am definitely on board regarding the CLC – not people you want to mess with. Next thing you know, eagles will be eating your liver or something. And right now, I would not be that surprised if my laptop were operating with this very goal in mind.

Well, it's much better than I expected it to be, actually! It's really very readable, and I don't literally pass out from boredom during the Go scenes (an impressive feat on the creators' part).

Also? It's VERY GAY. I'm mostly through the third volume, and it is increasingly clear to me that Akira and Hikaru are, in fact, star-crossed lovers. I especially like the way that each one of them is the single driving force behind the other one's will to play Go (so, basically, his will to live). And I love the longing stares. And the endless fascination with each other.

There's a lot to love.
