Arnold Horshack was the kid with the snorting laugh who would always respond to Mr. Kotter's questions - especially the rhetorical questions - by bouncing up and down in his seat with his hand in the air, begging to be called upon. Hence the famous, Ooh ooh ooh! of which Lum speaks *g*
