You should tell her about it, if you get the chance.
I did! I was just working up the courage to wander over to her journal and say someting when I stumbled over a comment of hers in MMWD's journal, where she talked about how she loves feedback even for old vids, so I just commented there instead. *g*
I haven't actually seen her other vids yet, although now I definitely will. I'm still pretty new to this vid watching thing -- I had some bad luck with my first vids, and I'm not a very vsual person, anyway, so I was all "Are you people trying to tell me something, with your pretty moving pictures and your music? Because I totally don't get it. Also, Id much rather have the actual text, instead."
But then I found "Only One" by accident, and that (and the rest of Mamoru's vids) actually made sense to me, with the way the lyrics told the story, and it was all very straightforward, easy to understand even for me, and totally funny (or, in the case of my other favorite vid of hers, totally heart-breaking. Did you see "Losing you"?)
I still don't get any but the most obvious of vids -- I just read the notes to astolat's vid Kid Fears, and wow, did I ever not get what she was going for. Merry's vid "Hello" is another one of those -- I'm pretty sure I'm missing the point. I shoud look to see if there are some notes to that one, or something.
Oh, and have you seen Tanglewood Tree (http://butterfly.livejournal.com/1069719.html) (Dead Zone)? That one's really lovely, too.
