Whoops! I totally did not even know enough about Marsh to know what sex she was. And it was Marsh's writing, period, that I didn't like, as I recall - my one attempt at her work was, like, fifteen years ago, so my memory is sketchy. But Roderick Alleyn probably had something to do with it as well. I just don't remember it well enough to know, even, what I didn't like about it.
