This is good to know. Although it makes me wonder - given that I am not a photographer at all (my photo-taking experience is pretty much limited to pressing buttons when tourists insist and then getting far away before they look at the picture), does that mean I need zero pixels?

Hmmm. Probably I still need a non-zero number of pixels, or there's no point in having a camera.

Finally, there will still be A MILLION OPTIONS, all with something good and something bad, so I think the best thing to do is pick something you find pretty to look at and easy to hold, and not worry about it.

This is advice I can follow. Pick up the camera! Hold it! Take home the one you find the sweetest! Like buying a rabbit, except, you know, not.
