I think it's fairly safe to assume you're the only person who felt that way, judging by the extreme disparity between the number of people who ever read my fic and the number of people who watch my vids. I have often thought that I'm telling the same sorts of stories as a vidder that I used to try to tell as a writer, but vidding is my medium in a way that fic never was. Evidenced by the fact that I actually have an audience now!
