I'm just not that interested in watching characters I know nothing about.
This makes much more sense than my approach, which often has me desperately trying to figure out what the fandom even is, because I definitely don't recognize anyone or anything on the screen. (I just download everything and sort it out later, basically.)
I haven't watched live action vids in a long time though, AMVs have been eating my soul
