Drupal, often considered one of the most women-friendly FLOSS projects out there, have about 10% female contributors.

I've been meaning to write a post about F/OSS and media fandom for a year or two while, on the grounds that two geeky creative online communities, both with a startlingly extreme gender skew, should provide for an interesting compare and contrast. I may actually write it this week. And it's not like I've been saying that for 2 years or anything.
