Under the circumstances, I would go with the imperative plural, because it's formal. (In French, you address a person in the plural if you're being formal? Huh. Interesting. *has learned something*)

Just a small clarification: if you are going to use those words in a sentence, or without capitals, then "Ecouter" should be written "écouter". The French usually don't put accents on capital letters (but the Québécois do!).
