I love you guys SO MUCH, and this is such an awesome thread. If you'd been my middle school Latin teacher, I would probably have enjoyed the class a whole lot more. (But I would not wish that on anyone. Eleven middle school girls. It was...well. You can imagine, I think.)

I'm now dying at the idea of Greek parceltongue. It... it is spelt parseltongue in HP, right? Because I just can't get past the idea of parceltongue.

Yes, it's spelled parseltongue in HP. But I will always think of it was parceltongue, now.

...Although that has creepy serial-killer connotations, now I think on it.
