And in traditional Chinese characters (as used in Taiwan and some overseas Chinese communities):

Welcome: 歡迎

Read: 讀

Listen: 聽

Create: 創作
[Definitely contextual; this version is specifically "create," with imagination implied, whereas zuo4 (作) by itself is a more general "do" or "make."]

Explore: 探險
[Also a bit contextual. This version (tan4xian3) is to explore in a sort of adventuresome way. If you want explore in a more investigative sort of way, then go with tan4suo3: 探索. I suspect the latter is more commonly used as well, but I'm not a native speaker so don't quote me on that.]
